Dr. Abby Ingram and her amazing staff saved our dog twice and he would have died both times without her knowledge and quick action. Thompson Falls Veterinary Clinic charges reasonable rates for emergencies and regular visits.

Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
