My association with them has been a NIGHTMARE! One that has gone on for over FOUR years! They neglected to file Workman's Comp even though they had all of the info and my paperwork. Then they started making harassing phone calls over a year later. It took MONTHS of phone calls, letter writing, emails, and A LOT of stress to finally get them to file the paperwork correctly!!!??? Now over 4 years later I find out that they NEVER removed it from my credit record. It was THEIR mistake and it is on MY record! I found out accidently because I had to have an extensive background check for my new federal job. I was threatened with federal action for lying on my background! I was shocked that the failure of Singing River to file my Workman's Comp and then take it off my record could cause me to lose my job or have legal action taken against ME! What a nightmare this has been. I tried to walk them through every step that Workman's Comp told me they needed to do. They seem to be lazy morons there and they have ruined my credit and possibly my job! Wow!

This service is absolutely atrocious. The Financial Service Office just can't seem to get it right. Several times they have called me and my wife on supposedly minor outstanding charges which they have billed to an incorrect address and even hung up on us when we question them.We have corrected our address with Sining River Hospital Systems and the Financial Service Office several times and they still can't get it right. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They admit their computer system can not draw data from different departments. Their computer system is lacking. Makes you wonder about their medical care.

I have no problem with the hospital or staff, it's the financial services.

I used to work seven days a week. Due to the economy I now work three days a week and support a family of five.

I make regular payments to both the hospital and to my doctor, who treats my condititon. Despite this fact, I get an average of ten calls a day, from financial services. They tell me that they have records of my regular payment but try and talk me into paying more. Or rather, harrass me into paying more.

I'm paying what I can, I make every payment on time, and I make minimal payments. Which means I'm not paying TOO little. But they're still not satisfied.
