Dr. Ragusa and staff are amazing. They took care of my two queensland heelers as pups. We recently had to put one of the dogs to sleep. I never imagined that a vet and staff could be so compassionate. These folks are amazing. They also do not try to gouge you on the price of the visit unlike the the veterinarians in the valley. I would highly recommend Dr. Ragusa and staff at the Bar S Animal Clinic.

I was completely turned off by the person I talked on the phone with she was completely rude and had a hateful tone in her voice. I treys to call her two different time once on the cell phone and once not he land line and she was just as rude both times when I tryed to make a appointment for my puppy. The signal wasn't very good on the cell so I tried again hoping it was just me but no just as rude when I called from home I hear good things about this place but so far I'm not pleased with the front desk

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do.
