I arrived 15 min early to my appointment. By the time I had completed my10 pages of new pt information, I was 5 min late to my appointment. I was informed that I would have to be rescheduled. I am a health care provider and I wouldn't dream of turning a patient away for being 5 min late! Unbelievably horrific patient care!
