The staff is friendly and knows about insurance coverage. Very helpful! Knows what I needed to make my house more accessible. Store was handicap accessible and clean and has a variety of items in the store.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
