I mistakenly left a negative review. My hose was received on time but was misplaced by my beloved husband. All is well.

Very unsatisfied with this company. They brought me a chap machine. The rep didn't even bring up all the mas.k I choose a mask but he swaped it out for a smaller one. And never told me I had 30 days to ask for a different one. So neeless to say I felt to closed in with the smaller mask. So couldn't use it I felt claustrophobic. So when she called to find out about my idea he and I hadn't used it a lot they decided to pick it back up didn't even give me an option on getting a new one even if I had to purchase it.

My doctor sent me here for a C-Pap unit. Although the trainer was very good, the company has many billing issues. They send bills out every two weeks, it's stress full when you set up a payment plan and they keep sending the same bills and your check sent is not credited to show a reduction in your bill. They need to correct the billing cycle, they waste postage, paper and time, not cost effective in this day.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
