We were referred to Alley by our pediatrician to get a nebulizer for our infant with severe breathing problems. The script was marked 'urgent', but the lady didn't seem like to care about helping us. She sent us back to our pediatrician for more paperwork, which he provided but said he had never had to do before with this company. We went back and waited for quite a while and then were told that they wouldn't be able to provide my sick infant with his nebulizer because of a lack of paperwork from his doctor. Frustrated, we went to the other medical supply place in town. They processed our order in minutes and said that they have no idea why Alley was denying our script, that we had more than enough information from the doctor. I will never use this place again and will be referring everyone I know to the other hospital supply place in town.

I went there for a family member of mine and never have been treated so awlful by the owner of a company. He has no compassion at all and is just worried about making a buck!!!! The staff was somewhat friendly but you could hear others in the back talking about how they hate their job and cant wait to find something new. This is one place in Parkersburg that I will never visit again and will tell everyone I know not to go there.
