these people are fantastic!!!!!!! i had a layover in seattle and was in urgent need of a new humidifier gasket for my resmed. cindy figured it all out over the phone and had the part (actually a whole new assembly!) waiting for me at their location so i wouldn’t miss my flight. she was a LIFESAVER!!!!! so friendly and understanding and helpful! thank you cindy!

I got my nebulizer there, they had a respiratory therapist come out to my house after I got off work at 8 pm. I thought I'd have to take off work to get what I needed, but not with them. They also shipped m ymedicine directly to my house, it arrived the next day. All questions were answered, then, they sent their resp. therapist out to me to do a free respiratory assessment, free of charge to me and my insurance company! I really feel taken care of when I call their office and need help!

Their billing staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Asked for a payment every time I called and not worried about fixing issues. Broken machine (twice), terrible instructions,billing mistakes taking up too much of my time. Billed my insurance for an extra month I wasn't even a customer. Showed for pick up without checking if I was even home then when I did make appointment for pick up they didn't show. I have complained to the hospital, insurance and the BBB about their shady practice. Terrible experience.

They are my oxygen supplier. When machine was dropped off no explanation on how to operate. The machine broke down 1.5 months later. Driver did not want to bring one that nite he said he would arrive at 8 am, I informed him i could not sleep without oxygen and the emergency tank was only 2 hours. He did not show up so i called the office at 11 a.m. the driver called me back at 1130 a.m He informed me he was on his way. Only a 8 mile drive from the office he finally arrived after 1p.m. The driver had no communication skills. They get a pass on this one but next time i will find a new provider, I can not trust this company for my emergency needs. Still waiting 3rd day for nasal tubes.
