The lady who helped me seemed like she hated her job and was not very welcoming or friendly. I bought a pair of crutches with a prescription the Dr. had prescribed me. She told me my total after insurance when I told her I had a flexible spending card she said “oh, I’m going to charge you the full price then”. Not only did I pay full price for the crutches on my flexible spending card, she also charged my insurance as well. Not impressed with this company at all. Densow’s get my money now, they are awesome!!
thru my Medicare Part In Home Medical ordered a shoe called Collette for me.!st order was 10 reordered in 11W.These shoes have NO toe room, and because I have to have lift on bottom along with Arizona brace on one foot, these are not wearable. The person on phone did not listen to my concerns, saying it was the fault of cobbler who put on the lift on bottom, causing this problem. In the beginning before lift, I explained that there is not adequate toe room for my feet.so, I will have to throw them away, waste Medicare money, and not have adequate shoes as ordered by my Diabetes Dr.I am very disappointed and will not order from this business again.I have to wait another year to order...:(
I purchase all of my medical supplies at In Home Medical in Pasco, WA. They are courteous, helpful and eager to please and their products have never disappointed. I recommend them to everyone I meet who needs to purchase medical equipment.
I purchase all of my medical supplies from In Home now. The people are friendly and knowledgeable about what Medicare requires and very helpful in assisting me to get the right product.
Very professional. Very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for medical supplies. They have always treated my kindly and very professionally.
I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Spoke with the owner, as long you spend money there no problem, you have a problem don't waist your time trying to get the owner to resolve the problem. All they want is your money. One of the most expensive places in the Tri Cities.
