I recently ordered more mask cushions for my cpap. Once again, I was sent the wrong thing. This would be the third or fourth time this has happened. It has been VERY FRUSTRATING dealing with them.

I have been waiting a long time for a new Cpap, and it has finally come, but with the wrong mask. I let them know and the next thing they sent was an oxygen supply kit (which I don't use). HOPEFULLY, next time they will get it right!

This place truly stinks. The normal runaround. You need to call your insurance. Your insurance says they only bill for things apria bills them for. Everyone at apria passes you off to someone else and they pass you off to a phone that is never answered. The bad part is insurance doesn't give much option to go to these worms then leaves you up in the air when you try to get help.

I rented an apap machine from the Bellingham store because they are the only option my insurance offered. I had read the bad reviews but had no choice. I returned the machine after two days. That was a couple of months ago and I still get bills from my insurance for the machine plus letters from apria wanting the machine back or payment. I have called both insurance and apria with no results. I would prefer to have kept dealing with the apnea instead of apria.

They appeared very friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile, but as time has gone on, I have found I am given answers that made me happy while I was at the counter and promises were not followed through(machine was NOT in stock, appts were NOT scheduled. truck never showed up). They did not have the equipment they promised and did not send a tech out for help when told(and we waited and waited). The office seems very disorganized(one lady in particular) and lies to avoid problems instead of just working through issues with me. The office was easy enough to find.

Would definitly work with another business if insurance covered one.
