I have Kaiser and so I have to get my medical supplies through Apria. It is impossible to call the local location. The call center and customer service set up is awful. If you have a choice, use someone one else.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They provided the wrong part, which I never attempted to fix, but I'm sure they would have been helpful. All my questions were answered. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
