The "supervisor" named Dina is incredibly rude and very unprofessional. I work for a major insurance company. She called about a claim. She was yelling, kept interrupting and I cursed at me. I tried to call back. She answered the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said "Speaking" Provider service reps have a lot to deal with on a daily basis. Dealing with someone representing this company in such a way is unheard of. Hopefully she treats paying customers way better.

They charged my insurance company nearly double of what my New Patient Information Sheet & Rental Agreement quoted. The standard rate quoted to me was $ per day for the rental equipment and the Patient Kit was $. They charged my insurance company, BCBS, $ per day for the rental equipment and $ for the Patient Kit.

That is fraud!

I am suing Potomac Medical Equipment in small claims court and have a hearing tomorrow, Friday, November 22, 2013. It will cost me more in the long run, but consumers have to start standing up for that which is right.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
