Sign on door says need to make an appointment. Not convenient for patients. Not welcoming bordering on being rude. Drivers are helpful and friendly.

This company has some major administrative issues. My sleep apnea doctor sent them an order for a new CPAP machine o/a 6 April. It has now been two weeks and LINCARE still has not ordered the machine. I have called three times and have been told that I am in a first-in-first-out queue and my machine will be ordered when I get to the top of the queue. If my order been sitting in queue for two weeks they need to hire some more people to handle the backlog.

This company is the worst one I've ever been to for my CPAP. I called them to find out exactly what my doctor needed to send them for me to get a new CPAP machine because the one I've had for 8 years is malfunctioning. I gave my doctor the list of the exact stuff they asked for and she sent it to Lincare. This was on June 24, 2019. A week later I still had not heard from Lincare so I called them again. They couldn't find my orders from my doctor so they said someone would call me. Another week, nothing form them so I call them again. Again I'm told they can't find my orders but they will contact my doctor for them. Another week goes by and nothing, again I called them today and they have the stuff from my doctor but now they decided they need more information from my doctor. So for a week no one could bother to call me or my doctor's office to let them know that they needed more information. If I had the money I would just have the doctor write a prescription and order one from an online company myself. I hope if I ever do get a new machine from this company that our company starts dealing with someone else for Medical Devices.

This company is awful. Don't send supplies. You call, they say let me look into it for you and call you back, they never call back. you call again same story. blame my dr, i sat with her and made sure everything was sent. if you have an option don't use lincare.

Horrible, just horrible. WILL NOT return phone calls and very difficult to deal with. Employees give different answers to the same questions and don't seem knowledgeable. I'm switching suppliers.

Lincare is the worst company I have ever delt with. They have had my prescription fo Cpap supplies for three months. I have never had them return a call. They say ir has been sent to the insurance or tell me the person I need to talk to is out. I call my insurance provider and they told me they have not been contacted by Lincare.

Stay away from these horrible people.
