AWFUL company to deal with...have called 4 days in a row, keep putting me on hold. If I had another company that could assist me I would definitely switch! Would not recommend!

Very little accurate information on my health and use/maintenance of cpap. All they wanted was my insurance money and when they couldn't get that right they went after me and sent me to collections for a bill for service 8 months prior and when I paid they cashed my check but STILL sent me to collections!!!

Save yourself the trouble and use a different company, any company, that will give you more helpful information and not waste your time fighting erroneous bills. Just google them, you'll get the picture.....

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are the worst I have ever seen. I wish I didn't have to deal with this outfit, but it's the only one Medicare covers in my area. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They are always polite and helpful when you eventually get waited on. It's impossible to talk to them directly by phone and repeated messages left on voicemail resulted in a call-back ten days later.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
