This should be your last choice. They bill you before your insurance company states what they should bill you. they will promise to bring you something and 30 days later waiting on it. Call stay on hold for 20 with no answer. don't usually do a review but this place deserves it. this site will not allow you to write a review unless you say you want to say something nice, feel bad about writing this but maybe it will save someone some aggravation.

They are a horrible company to get your equipment from...during Coved they had a policy where they picked up their oxygen tanks from outside your front door...they never gave any receipts or acknowledgements of drop offs or pickups...my last pickup was in March of last year when left the equipment and tanks on the porch...they picked up but didn't leave any type of receipt...they billed me from April - June...and sent me to a collection agency for equipment I no longer had or needed...they have billed Medicare for the equipment for later dates in the same year...they are not an honest company and their customer service sucks...They don't deserve the one star but couldn't submit w/o it...get any other company but this one...

The WORST company in history. My doctor recommended me to come to this company in July! I didn't get anyone to answer the phone or return my voicemails. I couldn't get my appointment UNTIL November and that's because I just walked in.  I was talked to Extremely Rude and I never felt so uncomfortable being talked at, but I didn't say anything because the god awful lady was pregnant. I was told I couldn't get my equipment until I gave my credit card and then they charge my card automatically without telling me.The tech that set me up had HOLES in her jeans!! What company allow such a dress code? How unprofessional can this place be?!  STAY AWAY!! Management was no help because she just stared at me as if I was talking foreign language. I called my insurance company and requested another provider!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I received a phone call from Ms. Ashley over a month ago and I have been returning her call. Up to this date there has not been follow up call or any other means of communications. Her phone call reference my replacement CPAP machine. Up to this date her voice mail box is full. I tried an alternative method of communication by call contact number posted on webpage and that voice mail box was full also.

If I get a returned call, it will prove me wrong, but this is another item I’m locked into with this company, and though it is highly unlikely, if able to ever return to work, I’m definitely applying for a job there and would recommend others do the same. I mean think about this, bankers hours, you get those cool scrubs to wear and workin and probably shoes, and a chance at a company vehicle, especially during business hours, couldn’t be but so hard as there are 300 compact cars parked out front, I noticed this was one was parked in the handicap space, and when I asked how long it would be, as I’m handicapped, but my wife stopped in the drive, opened the rear of the car, dragged the wheelchair out and pushed me up and over the curb, guess the employee had a lot of stuff to roll up the ramp, 5-minutes and there’s my wife, thought she had to park at the Hilton garden inn over there. But the employee I mentioned, said a few minutes and the car was going to be moved, but I arrived a good 15 minutes ahead of my appt., sat for an hour, was with the rep for 5-10 minutes and the car was still there. So it’s like this, no worries about any responsibilities, that’s made clear up front, and the. Best person to help out is a real nice girl I spoke to that I could hear her manager telling her that wasn’t her job, that job was to help me, so I guess customer service doesn’t matter there. So here I sit, phone in hand 252-305-9356, I will be real surprised if I get a call

Phones don't get answered 30 minutes before they close. It is very difficult to get them on the phone. I try to call as soon as I get home from work and on three different occasions I have called between 4:30 and 5:00. When I do call during the day before 4:30, I get sent to voicemail. I will be letting my pulmonologist know about how this company "responds".
