I ordered my products on May 18th, 2013 and it took about 3 weeks to receive my products, which they said would take about 7-9 days. They should have expedited the shipping knowing they started out late. If I knew they would take this long for shipping I would have not gone for free shipping and just paid more for faster shipping. Service not as promised!

The office is located in a safe neighborhood even though it is in a commercial business complex. The business license and qualifications were obviously displayed and the staff were friendly but professional and reliable. They were able to answer my questions and very prompt in ordering and delivery of supplies.
