The portable oxygen unit I have is so large and heavy, I hesitate to even try to use it if I have to transport from my house. The size and weight is very
cumbersome and hard to manage..When I first got my unit, I noticed it seemed it would be a burden even using it to go to doctor's office...
There must be a portable unit that is not like carrying a bucket of bricks...please provide an alternative if available for exchange.

As a Healthcare Provider myself, I CANNOT recommend Tanglewood to supply you or your loved ones with their medical supplies. My 84 yo mother went 4 days without a bed, wheelchair, or toilet because they did not process paperwork fast enough, NOR do they deliver on weekends. My advice is to search for another medical supplier.---

Buying an electric wheelchair on lease - broke down end of June. It took almost a month just to get them to complete necessary paperwork to authorize the work, and although the parts have been ordered/delivered, I have paid a $200 copa, they are refusing to even schedule a time for the repair work ... which they have said will happen "soon" - probably within two weeks. Dodging calls, not returning messages. Even speaking with the representative of the insurance company, they were rude and dismissive (said "repairing wheelchairs is not a priority - when we have time, we will call.) . All I want is for them to fulfill their contract obligations, and do the repairs (which they have already been paid to do) so that I can have some level of independence again. They claim to be helping people remain independent - but once they have sold you the expensive equipment, they want nothing to do with you.

They over charge insurance companies. One price for cash and another price for insurance companies. Basically ripping off insurance companies and thus making our insurance premiums higher.
