I just had another very concerning experience at the Rhema Medical/Rotech office in Greenville, TX.

I drove 35 miles to get 5 oxygen containers for my husband and was told, we don't have any of those oxygen canisters. So, of course I asked questions for clarification.

ME: Do you have any oxygen canisters?
RHEMA: NO

ME: What does my husband do? He can't breathe without them?
RHEMA: You have to wait until Thursday that's when we get our delivery

ME: My husband can't wait to breathe until Thursday. What other options are there?
RHEMA: Does he have an oxygenator?
ME: Yes
RHEMA: Then he needs to use that at home.
ME: He's not at home.
RHEMA: Where is he?
ME: That's not the point, he's not at home.

ME: What other options are there? Do ya'll have a contract with another company that can provide canisters? Would any other office have the canisters?
RHEMA: No. You have to wait until we get our delivery on Thursday.

After several eye rolls and facial expressions that clearly meant that she was done, I asked...

ME: What is he supposed to do? He can't breathe without the oxygen.
RHEMA: He has to wait until Thursday.

My husband had several doctor appointments this last week and he used his oxygen canisters to travel to these appointments. He has another appointment this week which I now have to cancel? I can't do that. He has to make these appointments.

He does have a machine that plugs into the wall...what happens if we have a power outage? What if we have to take him back to the ER? There are so many "what ifs" and there is absolutely no concern at all from the staff at that office.

I don't have the ladies name, but I can tell you she sits to the left of the window, has light brown, long hair.

I've seen her treat other customers the same way and I've seen her on the phone with customers making faces and rolling her eyes. It's unacceptable.

Unfortunately, this is not our first concerning experience with this office, but it needs to be the last.

We have made many, many calls and sent emails to Rhema Medical/Rotech with no response. We would appreciate a response as well as a solution.

Service is horrible. Have been trying to get supplies ordered. Have doctor information (Physician's Order) sent on 11/29/22 and still cannot get my supplies. Being told held up in insurance approval. Talked to insurance company and they have not received any request. They (Insurance Company) They called direct and was told that it was held up in insurance and would not be escalated to upper management.

Have left messages for call back for two weeks and only get a voice message that there is a delay.

Terrible service, faulty equipment and bad management. Geri and her team do not follow up, return calls and the patients really suffer the consequences. They cannot seem to get good equipment.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
