These people are fantastic. I forgot a part of my bi-pap on a trip from FL to San Antonio. Lauren helped me get the paperwork straight and supplied the part within an hour and I got my first good nite’s sleep in 3days. Thank you for your kindness and help.

Can not get a response from these people. I turned them into Medicare for fraud. They don’t answer call from Medicare either. They won’t pickup oxygen machine but continue to bill Medicare.

This company HORRIBLE!! My dad had a stroke. Thankfully he is recovering well! However, he now requires a CPAP.. after having to deal with my father's issues, trying to get this company to do their job and help me get the equipment was the worst and added to my stress. I had to make all the follow up calls to get the equipment approved.. then after 4 weeks we finally got it delivered... he had it for 1 month before I had to change health coverage..I emailed the rep to tell them we changed group.. they don't take the new coverage. I received ONE call from billing late Friday . just saying call me back... as I do, check my acct they had charged me 718.. WTF... no attempt to pick up equipment, hell they know where he is.. they delivered it.. he can't go any where he is in assisted living.. I just think that is crap.. they took forever to get it delivered but ONE day to charge me 718...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

every single order for CPAP supplies has been over four weeks late. When I call I am told I should recieve my supplies by Saturday. They never arrive. Once I was told the system failed to put the irder in after the automated call to take my order. Instead of recieving supplies every three months, it becomes every four or more months. I am praying for folks who can do this to kind of evil time after time. There should be a way to click "not even one star".
