Mark and the other guys go above and beyond to help and with all your needs. We were from out of town and these guys were extremely nice and very helpful fixing the issues with my chair & lift. Wish they were closer.
Don't hesitate to use them without fear of being taken advantage of as I firmly believe they are extremely honest and caring. Thank you all so very much..

Bought a Milford personal lift for my parents yesterday. I understand this brand was recently acquired by Pride and their are only a few installers. Kevin and his guys took the time to do it right since this was the first one they installed. They worked as a team and made sure I was comfortable, setting me up with internet and a place to work on my laptop while they did the install. They ran into some obstacles with my unique vehicle but never gave up and problem solved around it. I didn't have an appointment and I came and left the same day. My dad has PLS and most he and my mother cried when I showed them the lift and how easy it was to operate. Now they will make it Saturday to see their granddaughter for the weekend!

I had had an overall positive experience with this business. They provided what I needed and I was satisfied on the whole other than that they put straps on my lift that were hard for me to use when easier-to-use straps were available at the time (I wound up injuring myself this year using said straps --I tore the soft tissue in my shoulder).

Then, when I referred a friend to them, they badmouthed me to her (not knowing we were friends--but upon hearing that I referred this person to them) and revealed personal health information to her. I lost all respect for this business at that point. That is NOT okay to do to anyone --especially someone who sent a person to their business to purchase medical equipment. I had done business with this place for a good while and had always been polite and kind to them --I don't know why they decided to talk badly about me to another person. Their personal opinions of me (or any other client) should be kept to themselves as it is very unprofessional and unethical to do otherwise.

My friend did not wind up buying anything, by the way, because of how they talked about me.

I would not support this business. If they did this to me, they can do this to anyone. People's personal health information should be kept private. And they should treat all people with respect.

I was having a lift installed on my mother's car and I called these guys AFTER calling one of their competitors in Houston. First off, these guys were significantly lower in price. Secondly, they were great about the whole process from handling having the hitch put on my mom's car (which was required for this lift) through installing the lift itself. They set everything up for me. All I had to do was show up. They are great at multi-tasking. While I was there, another gentleman showed up to have a part replaced on his wife's chair. They were able to do both at the same time, all the while carrying on a conversation with both of us. It was great. I would highly recommend these guys. They are young, go-getters and have a lot of practical knowledge for what you need. They WILL NOT up sell you. Quite the opposite. They helped explore options that weren't exorbitant.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Never, they are very reliable.
