I called to discuss a CPAP machine and was told they did not handle this that I would have to talk to the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and was told they only deal with HME companies that I would have to go to where we go the machine. After 4 calls to both they said they would return the machine for a fee. The manufacturer does not charge to get the machine and give a quote to fix it but Ellis Count Home Medical does - they said it is what UPS charges them. Nope that is a lie, I send items UPS and for the weight of this machine with insurance it would not be the outrageous fee they were charging. Do your self a favor and do not do business with this company. They are despicable human beings, making money off elderly people. I don't know who owns this company but they should really look at their staff and management and make some abrupt changes.
I would rate them a minus 5 stars for customer satisfaction, customer service, management skills and just overall people skills. But you have to give them 1 star to get a review posted so they get 1 star ONLY because people need to know how reprehensible they are.

I was told that the wheelchair they delivered was being purchased by my insurance. Today I discovered that it was actually a rental and that I now owe money for something I am not even using anymore. Delivery drivers need to be cognizant of what they tell the customer.
