Since they bought out my old company, it has been a nightmare.
They charge 100 percent more, my co- pay was $0.
They don't have my records and have no idea what equipment I have.
Their personnel have been rude, demeaning and condensending.
I have gone several months now without replacement equipment. I have not been able to use my c-pap for 3 months.
