Phone system is all tied together, I have been sent in circles trying to reach Oak Ridge no one answers then your call goes to Knoxville. Took 3 weeks to get a mask after receiving the machine. Would have taken longer if I did not call looking for it. Seem like they need some coordination. You may never get service. I called for tech help never returned my call.

Sleep apnea machines are a huge waste of time and money. Your better off trying different pillows. I’ve worked with this company and another company named Medical Necessities and they are par for the course. Huge rip off artists. Ask yourself do you really think your gonna be able to sleep with miniature scuba gear on your face. I don’t know about you but I kept taking it off unconscious while asleep. Then I found myself lying in bed trying to get enough time on the unit since it is sending out usage information by way of wireless transmission to a company that is monitoring your in home use. Otherwise your insurance company is not gonna cover you. Then all the bills start coming in but only after they have you racking up charges for several months. I started out with Medical necessities then they got taken over by Oxygen sleep associates. The new company told me that the old company was incompetent and was charging all their old accounts for services after they lost a bunch of accounts because of poor service. So basically I was getting double billed. No body cared and it was a mess. Stay away from both organizations if you think you really need a CCRAP machine but get ready for a huge waste of time and money.

Serious problems for the patient. Latest example: the last time I wanted new face seal cushions, the Oak Ridge office only had one, which I got.
The other two (for a 3 month supply) were sent by mail a week later. As a result, when I needed a new cushion, it was deemed a week too early for the insurance to cover it.

Therefore, I must extend the usage by an additional seven nights beyond the change-by time. All actual users of this equipment know very well that the mask becomes increasingly uncomfortable and obtrusive, making it harder to get good sleep, when the cushion needs replacing.

OSA is completely responsible for this situation but I, the customer, am the one who is suffering the consequences.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff was competent and handled my insurance matters very promptly , even refiling a claim immediately which resulted in a big savings for me. They worked with my schedule and were very virtuous in my home.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

This is the most inefficiently run office I have ever seen. No one wants to handle any problems, it is always someone elses issues. I had an issue with billing. Either their billing people are totally incompetent or someone is covering a money trail. My insurance paid but it did not show up on my account. Hmmmm wonder where that money went!!!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
