I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
