When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
