I am writing due to dissatisfaction with customer service provided at the Camp Hill, Pa. Lincare office. I questioned procedures in the past but did not make an issue of things. That time is over. I recently had a loaner CPAP for two weeks to track data during sleep. The day I returned the CPAP machine I asked if the data would be forwarded to my doctor. Reply: "Yes we will do that today." Ten days later the doctors office had to contact Lincare to request the information be forwarded. When they forwarded the data they only sent a summary and not all details. How poor is that? The doctor needs the details to draw an accurate conclusion from the data. When I called the Lincare office I could not speak to a manager. There didn't seem to be a person in charge. I followed up on the reply I received with Lincare and it all appears to be a "beat around the bush" kind of pass the buck excuse. My conclusion - It's time to look elsewhere for a CPAP care provider.
