went to the office in Springfield and they acted like it was a big problem to wait on me --so I left

I waited for 5 minutes to get waited on then - the woman acted like it was a big imposition to help me - so I picked up my id and my rx and left. they need to learn what customer service is. rudest place I have been in a long time/

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
