VERY POOR customer service. they were asked to replace a non-working oxygen concentrator. Wanted to wait until the next day to replace it.(could not wait or could have died) Got very upset that I did not want to wait until the next day for it. When the young man delivered it he was very rude. They also double charged for a nebulizer. Charged me and Medicare. Also would not fix problems with other equipment that they rented. They do not care about there customers.

Service is very poor, am still waiting to hear from these folks, its been a few months ago that I contacted them, when I moved to Bend Or. from the Seattle area. Ill probably have to do another sleep study in order to transfer to the Oregon Facility.

I can only say that I have experienced a grave lack of customer service. If you actually need or want the medical supplies or testing equipment your doctor ordered for you in a timely manner....you may want to consider taking your business elsewhere or call them every day to try and get them to do their jobs.
