Avoid these people! No sense of urgency. Poor communication. At this rate I will obstruct and die of cardiac arrest before they get me a new C-PAP machine!

Supplies can be ordered easily by automation, however I can never reach anyone by phone during work days. No contact email is available either. I have questions and no answers...literally.

My wife received the wrong accessory - nose and mouth cover instead of the nose pillow. We cannot get a hold of anybody - for weeks. If anybody can give us a clue how to, please let me know.

Difficult to get a hold of on the phone. They have an automated call service for supplies but you never get the order. A very incompetent origination!
