I got two shots at a CPAP fitting. The first was a nightmare. After two weeks I returned for an alternative. It was worse. In fact I would have preferred to have the first one back with some reduction in pressure. Oh no, that is not permitted. She kept my first mask. I get no more tries. So, I have a machine I can’t use. She recommends I try another online supplier. $159. with no guarantee it will work.

your customer service sucks , I tried to do business with there office in Uniontown Ohio and what a mistake ! I talked with the office manager ( Chris and he did nothing but LIE about everything he said ) he tried to tell me that he contacted Akron general visiting nursing about my info for bi- pap equipment and told me there was no such info on me , and when I told him that I called them he fessed up about the lie he told me. I contacted my insurance company and told them just what was going on and they told me that they were hearing nothing but bad things about this company and would not recommend to customers any longer !
Some day these companies will realize that having liars work for them will put them out of business , Thank you Robert Merchant

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am trying to get a billing problem solved. It has been 3 months and 10 phone calls. Two of them to the district manager who simply does not call back. Totally unprofessional. My wife had a CSR manager tell her that she was not going to wait on hold with billing for hour just to solve our problem. Again totally unprofessional.

I have BCBS and have yet to get a correct billing from Healthcare Solutions. When trying to get ahold of the billing office you need to select the option that you are calling from the insurance company, or they will leave you on hold for hours. I have been trying to get ahold of them for a month, and finally had my insurance company call them for me.
Stay far away from them.
