GOT IMMEDIATE SERVICE AND FOOT BRACE OTHER PLACES HAD A TWO WEEK WAITING LIST TO BE SEEN-THIS PLACE DID WALK IN AND WITHIN LESS THEN A HALF HOUR MY SON HAD HIS BRACE AND WAS DONE.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Make sure you aren't fooled by the sweet talking sales approach to distract you from the fact that they are not competitive in their pricing. Was charged the same price as we would've paid for an item elsewhere without medicare coverage. She made the normal store markup PLUS the medicare payout as her profit. No advantage or discount at all to having medicare. After I realized this the next day I requested a return/refund and she refused to even though the item still had the tags and was never used. IMO she preys on seniors with a fixed income and medicare!!!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, it was convenient

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
