I wanted to say how pleased I am my Doctor sent me to Lincare in Port Jervis I spoke to Brianna and she was helpful courteous and a pleasure to deal with and Ian delivered my equipment and he was awsome and explained everything so I could understand the equipment .Then I had a problem with my equipment and again Brianna sent out Ian and he changed the filter and again he was very thorough and a pleasure

If there was a zero rating, I would use it. This facility is no help to their customers. I have spent almost a month trying to get C-Pap supplies and them telling us they are not receiving the fax from the Dr. The Dr. has electronic confirmation of receipt. All they had to do was tell us that the C-Pap supplies do not come from them. I do not recommend anyone using this facility. I will try a different facility for future needs and will call the corporate office to register my dissatisfaction with the facility and their personnel.

They are responsive and ready to assist we needed ongoing assistance pwhile traveling down south, I called the Port Jervis office and they made sure we were able to stop at offices in SC, GA and NC to get tank refills for my 86 year old mother in law. On another occasion her at home oxygen concentrator malfunctioned and within 20 minutes they arrived and replaced it.

Very unprofessional. Did not return phone calls. Seemed not to care. Their respiratory therapists does not know what he is doing. Stay far away from this company.

Compared to my old supplier, these guys are pathetic! It's been well more than a month since I first contacted them and I still don't have my CPAP supplies. Additional papers that needed to be signed have been sitting in their office and they never bothered to call me to inform me that more signatures were needed. Glad my life didn't depend on getting my equipment or I would have been dead long ago. If your insurance company have others providers available, use them instead.
