Internal office practices and systems seem antiquated and slow - for instance, only 1 person receives and processes feedback data from CPAP machines - and they only do it once a month. Different staff will give you different stories, and I feel like I am bothering them by calling to follow up... Office has no internet connection and cannot send or receive information via email. Office staff is not computer literate. It seems to take weeks for them to do things that should take hours. There are 4 similar providers in the immediate area. I'm sorry I did not choose someone else.
