I have been a customer for my CPAC supplies for a year. The service at the Queensbury store and the supply house has been very poor.. Lots of details to this story. I can't deal with company any longer. All I want is my supplies and the Queensbury store keeps telling me I must call the supply house. That is a 30 minute on hold if I get thru at all. Finally after three months of calling I finally get an incomplete order with parts and no instructions on how to assemble and use the new p10 for her mask I ordered. My entire experience with Lincare. Has. been frustrating and awful from the beginning. I will be looking for a new provider.
