My experience with customer service has been good with the exception of the tech who was sent out to change the filter on my concentrator. He changed one filter and put the other one (that's more difficult to do) in a bag with my supplies. He seemed to be in a hurry to get out of here.
The only other problem I have is their billing system. I never know when I'm going to be billed. Changes every month.

sent CHEAP INFERIOR hose for CPAP. broke within 2 weeks of 1st use. Reordered again 3 months later, sent WRONG hose. Customer service said would send pre-paid mailing label to return wrong hose. (Not a problem everyone makes mistakes). Problem(s) is/are 1) did NOT receive mailing label (It's been a over a week) and 2) Did not send out new CORRECT hose yet, apparently. Apparently, Lincare doesn't care that their customers NEED the new hose. It's been needed for over 2 1/2 months. Taped up with Duct Tape and Lincare's mistake, I guess they're waiting for new, INCORRECT HOSE to be returned BEFORE THEY SEND OUT THE CORRECT HOSE! If it's YOUR mistake, and your sending out CHEAP CRAP anyways, send the CORRECT HOSE WITH THE RETURN LABEL! (Which they have failed to do yet), AS WELL! F- I am doing this review for a friend as they fear reprisal from Lincare.

Being forced to work with this company has caused me unneeded stress while I’m trying to recuperate. Customer service is terrible and equipment is cheap and has caused me injuries. I will make sure I tell everyone I know NOT to use them if possible.

This company is the worst. When you finally get through to a representative they are not very knowledgeable about the equipment or the insurance requirements. They told my 82 year old mother she couldn't get a nebulizer unless she was in a nursing home. They are often rude to both myself and our doctors office. The office said they expect to make a minimum of 5 calls to get approval. Medicare needs to dump these idiots.

Waited 10 minutes for phone to be answered. Then told nebulizer needed insurance authorization and they would call me. Called the next day, and waited 15 minutes for answer, and was told insurance authorization was NOT required, and the "office" would call me to arrange delivery. Very poor phone service.

I was trying to get oxygen for my mother,from the time they received the script, Mon. at 2;30, I didn,t get answers until thur.at 2:30,from the area manager.When I told him the unprofessioal and rude experience I got from his employee,his answer was she was new and I never got an apology for her rudeness and my complaint went all the way to the Vice President of the company! If you need supplies for a loved one, my suggestion is do not do business with Lincare Of Rochester! Tom Shofkom
