My experience with Heron was terrible and I will not recommend this place. I took my prescription to them, they said they couldn't read it and asked me to go back to the doctor and get another one. I went back with the new one and they said they left me a voicemail saying they couldn't get the equipment so come over and pick up the prescription. I go over there and they said they couldn't find it. Its just lost, gone with the wind. Who loses medical records? Highly incompetent.
