Field Set Up Rep called me after 9pm on Friday to tell me he would be at my location between 10-11 Saturday morning. The late call was bad enough, but then because he did not have the foresight to check a traffic report, he comes into Manhattan via Midtown Tunnel, which is doing single tube operation. I call him at 11:10 am where are you? And he was just at MTT at that point. He showed up for my appointment at 12:30!!! If he had checked traffic reports he would not have been stuck in MTT Mess!

I'm not impressed. Hampton appeared on the scene out of the blue after my insurance (Oxford) denied my prescription for a sleep study in a lab, but agreed to a C-pap on the basis of a home sleep study. They then denied my prescription for a sleep titration study. Lo and behold someone from Hampton called that they were coming out with an Auto C-Pap. I started this journey with limited information and they have not increased my confidence that I'm getting the right care. The respiratory therapist who set up the equipment was extremely rushed and gave me information that contradicted what the equipment manual said. I have no idea what the settings on the machine are. I get sent the wrong paperwork and the wrong supplies but get a polite stonewalling when I finally reach someone at their number after multiple phone calls that go unanswered or are hold for extended periods.

I was told to be at the sleep center where I took my test in the Bronx. I had a small window of time to choose from, to meet with the respiratory therapist. I went there on my lunch break, so I wouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks. It was the only time he was available to meet me.
I got there and they knew nothing about it. Then they tell me it was supposed to be at my house. I went home, nobody was there. I doubt he came because I haven't gotten a call at all. They're supposed to call when they are close by to deliver it.
He also has my credit card on file! I'm ready to really loose it.
They are telling the sleep study center, Better Sleep (who was great!) that they are going to "try" and deliver it to my house tonight. We shall see. I hope so, but highly doubt it.
I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.

Yes

No, I didn't have to wait very long

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
