Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

They were explained, but not thoroughly
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

They delivered way too many supplies. Now I find out insurance will not pay and I have been billed. They will not take back unopened supplies because it is over 30 days. A convenient way for them to make more money. And a waste of supplies and my money.
