Wish I could give negative stars! I went for the initial consultation October 16th, 2018, which went fine. They scheduled my sleep study for November 29th. On November 28th they called me to cancel the appointment because the over week and a half they had scheduled to move their clinic from housing the sleep studies themselves at a local hotel to a new location was delayed. I was not given any priority in terms of re-scheduling, I was just placed back in the queue and on the cancellation call list. I realize unexpected things happen, but when you run a clinic like this that takes weeks to get a sleep study scheduled, you should be able to figure out how to keep the clinic running while you set up a new location without impacting clients, even if it means duplicating some temporary staff or paying bills at two locations. Or at the very least, figure out how to schedule people back in sooner than 6 weeks beyond their original scheduled date. Wholly unacceptable. Do they care? Of course not. With a wait list, what do they care? You're just a number and they can just put the next patient in. Terrible customer service. Taking my money elsewhere.

I have had the most unprofessional and difficult time with Omni Sleep. I am unable to get any answers to my questions. I was set up to have a two day study (and waited months for this to happen) and was told the morning after my first study I would not be able to complete the second part (why wasn't I informed of this possibility before?) The results were very unclear and it took over a month to get any explanations. I was only able to get an explanation appointment after 10+ phone calls and asking to speak with the CEO at which point I got a same day appointment with Dr. Wells. She informed me I would have to have 2 more studies. After seeking a second opinion, I called Omni requesting to see the video recording of my first study. Paige said they don't have it and disconnected the call. There are many more unpleasant details. I feel like Omni is a scam because of the way they have handled my questions. I will never go back and encourage everyone to do their research and ask questions. Knowledge is power.

This place has horrible, rude and incompetent staff and an incompetent sleep "therapist" who clearly does not have a clue what he's doing. I am moving to a different provider. Screw these people!
