I ordered 200 catheters of a specific type and company. Phoenix took my order, quoted me 10 day delivery. I called back to make sure they knew I could NOT use a specific type so please do not send those. 14 days later, I go to pick the delivery up, open the box, of course they are the type I specifically told them I could not use. There were also 120, not 200 as ordered, and one tube of lube for a whole months use. I called for a return label, asked why they had sent those I specifically told them I could not use. Answer: oh, we didn't have the kind you needed in stock so we sent what we had. Is there any other industry where they disrespect their customers so much? If I had ordered a size 22 dress and they just sent me a size 0 because that's all they had, would they be in business long? Not even an apology.
