Apria wanted my usage card from my humidifier, but I never was shown where it was. They sent a driver to pick it up, but he came when I had announced I would NEVER BE AT HOME AT THAT TIME, plus there was no phone message. After the run around for several days he finally showed up, but was a new hire, like they all are ...they have to continually replace help...he did not show me where the chip was taken from. So, 2 weeks later I got the chip back in the mail, no message, no instructions, nada. I looked at the machine under close lighting and found a slot. I installed it, and my machine quit working. Message says, " remove SM card"...now I can't see in the middle of the night where it was so another night without my CPAP, thanks APRIA you are on the ball...Daniel in High Point. 5/12/18...they are closed...
