I would never visit them again. I am very disappointed. They filled my request and billed. I paid by check promptly when billed. A year later I returned for more service and was told the account was in collection. I paid the amount due again and went home and reviewed my records and sent a copy of the cancelled check. I requested a refund. I called and talked to Heather. No refund, No apology that the red mark is on my credit report. I have not changed my address or phone number during this period. I was told in the local office that the computer system had been changed and he could not help, that the business office had to take care of it.
