I am new to getting a Cpap machine and supplies. I have struggled at home with the fit. I did my own research and found out there are specific supplies made just for women. I asked why I didn't get that and was told because they didn't have any in stock. :( I'm working with them and insurance to get the right things now.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

To begin with, they gave my mother the wrong type of wheelchair for her needs. We went back several times to complain, but Mary Jo was not helpful. For the last several months (5) I have been trying to get them to see my mother and get her a chair that will work for her. Mary Jo dodges my phone calls, then calls me at my HOME phone, not the # I ask her to call me at, and leaves a mssg. She usually says she will try again teh following morning, but that has yet to happen. I have discussed my concerns with the Director, and nothing is resolved yet.
