Was treated extremely poorly, due to medical issues I could not try the product by myself and the staff refused to help me.

Waiting for a diabetic shoe with foot brace since May, still waiting and it is Aug 15, was supposed to go today to pick up shoes and brace this afternoon but received a call this morning that the shoes had to be sent out for the brace. Two days ago they called and set up todays appointment because shoes were ready. Would not recommend this store.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. First off, they made me pay 100% of my deductible before they would give me the machine, which I can understand. However, my deductible was already fulfilled. They still made me pay 300 bucks. Instead of just sending me a refund check right away, they told me that they needed to wait for the insurance company to pay them; once again understandable. The first problem is that they waited a month and a half to bill the insurance company. My insurance company called them and said that they have mailed the payment. That was not enough, they needed to wait until it posted to their account. I was told by an employee there that as soon as the payment hit, they would process my refund. Weeks went by, and nothing. I called and was told that nothing had been processed. Also, that if I wouldn't have called, my money would have stayed there until I called and requested it back to me. I wonder how many elderly people just forget or don't know to call to get their refund??

So, process the refund right... WELL, I happen to call on a Thursday. They only process refunds 1 day per week and that day is Tuesday. Then, they process those the following Monday!? When I said that this process seemed unreasonable, the person said "well, you knew the process when you rented the machine from us...". Really?

Either way, it will be another 2 weeks, a full 3 months that they've held onto my funds. I would be very weary of a company that goes through this length to keep an extra 300 bucks in the company checking account for a few extra weeks...

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
