I really love their service, You can get the equipment you need quickly and they take the time to explain how to use the equipment. Thumbs up, US Medical Equipment, You guys are the best!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. When I call, a person answers the phone. I never have to talk to a computer. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I never had to doubt their qualifications. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
