Started with this company the beginning of 2014 and everyone I dealt with was extemely nice. The only issue I have is with I am on a Bi-Pap and my last company always called when it was time to get new supplies and here I was waiting for a call not knowing when my insurance company let me have new supplies so I finally called and asked and they said no they don't call. I then ask her about the insurance thing so now I will know when to call but it would be nice to have a animated phone call. Just a thought!
