Failure to provide and set up the delivery of supplies in original order. Went for updated machine. Had issues, called and made appointment for machine and mask issues.

Sat 45 minutes. Receptionist came out and complained about angry customer. NOT our problem. Tell him his appointment is over. THEN the tech comes out at 5:00p closing time, and said we cannot be seen because the machine was not a part of the appointment. NOT our problem it was not scheduled correctly. Told we had to reschedule. NO. Trie to tell her we only need humidifier turned off. SHUT down in my face. Wrong move - opened the door. Your mistake - we are customer. Don't take out your anger over problem customer because NOW you have two of them.


VERY unprofessional Calling corporate - and seeking a professional vendor.

consistently slow service . brought wrong item. never got my filters for my nebulizer . do not answer the phone, however they did bill my insurance very quickly.

I do not recommend Medic-Aire in Prince Frederick, MD. They created a lot of wasted time and inconvenience when trying to get a battery for an electric wheelchair. They knew the wheelchair type and battery needed 6 weeks prior to informing me they don't order that type of battery. Knowing this was an emergency that should have been the first check on their list. I contacted another supplier (unfortunately - not in County) and battery was ordered first day I spoke with them - even though they don't carry the type of chair and battery we needed either. They asked why we didn't go through medic-aire that was much closer to us and I explained they didn't carry that type battery. They said we don't either - but anyone that sells wheelchairs and batteries can order the type of standard wheelchair battery we needed. What a shame we don't have a better durable equipment company locally.

Medic Aire is a great, and professional company that provides durable equipment for medical needs and they work well with Medicare and other insurances. They also have good personal skills. They maintain a casual and friendly atmosphere. They have good hours of operations, and also can provide delivery and pick up if needed. I may not have all my facts correct, but I just can not say enough good about this company. But the reason I only gave 4 stars is there is always room for improvement. They could hire a few more people to help things move a little faster. However, in todays economy it is difficult to have more employees at every business on earth. It is not a perfect world.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
