I am unable to place an order, I never had a problem for years but now it is really bad. I tried ordering online, emailing and calling. No response for over a week and a half.

r the last lear everything has been going fine. but here latelyi have been calling and calling since september and i cant seem to have my freestyle libre sent out to me. maybe its muscommunication between the company and my doctor or there is a problem in general with having my order being shipped. i dont know because im not getting direct answers from no one. i thought thay the company was to communicate with prescribing doctor and im not to do all of the leg work. i really would hate to find anoter company to ship my libre but i have been without one since september and its unprofessional of this company to not communicate with my doctor about the perscription.

Horrible. The one star is for answering the phone. Using them for several years. Only local company on my insurance. The issues have been with THEM, not my doctor or me. There is ALWAYS an issue. If you get a smooth order/delivery, it is an exception to their norm. Biggest mess was last year when I got stuck with hundreds of $$$ of noncompatible supplies after being told the supplies would be compatible with my new pump, which kept getting delayed.. They would NOT take them back. Latest (yesterday and today). Called to place my quarterly order and was told they would not fill it as I had an overdue balance "in collections". Could not have been that old of a balance as they are the only ones I order from. Turns out BC did not cover the Tagaderm strips from my last order. Should have been no big deal. Would have required a phone call to me and I would have paid it. Had to call collections, pay it and get ref # then call back DM. Did that. Placed new order. Told it would go out that day. No email received stating order shipped. Called back today and told I have a $1.60 balance so order not shipped. No phone call to tell me this;. I just paid the $1.60 with a credit card that I am sure cost them more than that to process. Wouldn't logic prevail? Leave the freekin $1.60 balance til next order? We are talking about a customer that has been with them for YEARS!! Now being told the order "should" go out today. I'll believe it when I see it. These are the latest issues I have had. They seem nice over the phone but very incompetent as far as getting your supplies in a timely manner. I see someone commented that they worked there and now work at a doctor's office and "see it from both sides" Well they don't see it from the patient's side, that's for sure. I am now looking into an out of state company, as it does not seem that buying local is of any benefit to me. If I ran a business like these guys do, I would be out of business!
