APRIA told me they had received my prescription for a CPAP. And instructed not to call them as this would slow down the process; I'm still waiting months and months later.

Just horribly incompetent, unfortunately my insurance wants us to go there. Actually the machine I received is okay, but no one to explain anything about a new CPAP machine. You are on your own, so lookup web sites about your type of machine and you can find instructions on the web. I have heard other Apria offices are okay, this one in Fort Wayne
is horrible. Haved moved from address shown above.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, I was always attended to

The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
