THIS IS A PLACE THAT ALL THEY DO IS STEAL YOUR MONEY. I HAD RETURNED MY EQUIPMENT ALL UNOPENED . THEY STATED THAT I WOULD GET A CREDIT HEY RIGHT WHAT I GO WAS BEING CHARGED FOR $322.27 . WHEN I CALLED THEY KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD . WILL I GOT NO PLACE BY CALLING THEM. YES EVEN IF YOU RETURN OR TELL THEM THAT YOU NO LONGER ARE GOING TO USE THEM THEY KEEP CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD . IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN STOP THESE THIEF'S FROM TAKING THE MONEY OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE . REMEMBER ONE THING APRIA WORKERS THERE IS A PERSON MUCH GREATER THEN YOU AND YOUR TIME WILL COME TO REPAY ALL THE THINGS YOU HAVE DONE TO ALL OF US.

Very disappointed talk to 2 different customer service reps in the Philippians, the rep was not knowledgeable and kept repeating himself. We never received our supplies!

These guys are terrrible.
I have a CPAP machine and they kept charging my credit card without sending any statements or bills. They are stealing!!! When ordering accesories for the CPAP machine, they are totally lost. I had a order that never went through, I asked for price and they charged my card and send the items before even confirming with me. I am so stressed out having to deal with these people that I am even thinking about returing my CPAP machine.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I started 8/13/2010. I have dealt with them for 4 times now, not once have I ever been called for the supplies. I have to keep a record on my day timer to call them. I place calls and get wrong information, no call backs, and it now the end of the month I am suppose to receive my equipment, and it's exactly 2 days before the next month. So far I have not been very satisfied.
